I am a 38 year old mom of 12 & 10 year old boys, & a 4 year old daughter. I love to workout, but don't love to watch what I eat. I try to eat when I am hungry & stop when I am full - using the God given cues my body has been made with. I am still trying to lose the last five STUBBORN pounds & would LOVE to lose even a little more than that. This is a journey that God & I are on together. I know it is not something "I" can do, but it is something He can do through me. May He get the GLORY!!Galatians 5:16
