I'm IST (Information System Technology) Senior student (graduating Jan 2014 hopefully), I live in a Town that's around 150 km from (Dubai).
I got this overweight problem since early age, it was notable to everyone but as a first born, my mom was enjoying having some kid that eats enough xD(just for the record,I blame myself and none other than myself for my weight problem).

As young man since I was 13 I started trying different type of diets, sports,(kinda was forced by the family and the community around) tried many things from soccer to basketball to handball went so far to Kung Fu, but never been consistent for that I used to drop certain amount of weight and get it back again.
Before thinking about losing weight, I used to be hardcore gamer spending an average of 20 hours playing everyday.
Here's my History when I started considering losing weight:

On June 2010 I weighed 360ish lbs (160's Kg), Cutting some of the fast and junk food made me drop down to 326 lbs by August. but I stayed with the same Style eating unhealthy food , going up 2lbs or losing 2 lbs until 14th of December 2010, I took a major decision to change my lifestyle, I Started on my Own unorganized unhealthy’ish diet, was full of proteins(tuna) and fibers(brown bread,veggies).. but the same meal almost everyday, sometimes twice a day ..
August 2011 my first time since 1997 seeing my weight in KG with two digits , yes I was 99kg (218 lbs), started changing few of the meals by December 2011 I was 90 kg (198.5 lbs).

I faced few problems most of them with the time, my weight went up to 253 lbs on feburary 2013, I started taking care of my food,
now (when I came to this site 20s june 2013) I weigh 231.5 lbs around 105 kg, my goal is to go anywhere below 170 lbs.

I found Fatsecret while I was searching for some healthy meals to tweak my diet, and hopefully I will be active here to post my records.
