Hi I'm Susan and 41 years old. I work in Accounting so I'm a desk jockey by day and I have three children that keep me on my toes at night. I'm not looking to lose a lot of weight but to change my eating habits and I found that Low carbs (ketosis) has been the right choice for me.

My energy has escalated as well as my radioactive breath and urine, yikes!
