A 30-something former nonprofit exec turned self-employed marketer living in the southeastern USA... loves music, dancing, and traveling. I've lived my entire life overweight, and now with a "morbidly obese" BMI I'm figuring it's time to do something about this extra weight before it kills me. This is not my first time to the rodeo, as they say; this is my third time on Atkins.

Ultimate goal: 200lbs (I've settle on the fact that genetics may not let me get any lower than this as nearly everyone in my family is 200+ pounds.)
