I am 43. I was put on bed rest during my pregnancy in 2003 and I gained 50 lbs that I was never ever able to loose. I just kept gaining and gaining. Stress was a huge reason for my weight gain. I just stopped smoking about 26 days ago. I feel like I have been gaining weight for stress eating instead of going to a cigarette. I love to read, just picked up crochet and now will try to play the flute again. I played in elementary school. I love spending time with my family and friends. I am tired of being over weight. I just want have a time in my life where I do not think about weight any more. I have a goal to get my life back on track by 45 or before.
