It has been a month since I have been here. I have not smoked but found it hard to count calories or say I am on a diet. I find that it just makes me crazy and hungrier when I count calories. I have decided to try the mediterranean diet for awhile to see if that works. I hope everyone is fine. Have a great day.

It has been 26 days since I have smoked. It has been a challenge and I find my self hungry and snacking a lot. Today, I decided to start count calories again and take this weight loss seriously. If I can make 26 days not cigarettes. I can try to attempt to follow calorie counting and adding exercise to my routine. I do want to say it has been awhile since I have been to this site. I hope this works out.

Here I am once again. I am going to try to loose weight yet again. I am just going to eat small portions and try to watch my calories. Add more fruit and veggies to my diet. No more fad diets for me. Non of them worked. I could not follow them. So I am going back to the basic diet of counting calories and trying to get more exercise in.
