Hi, I am going to be 73 in February and have some weight to lose. I am pretty sedentary so it is not easy. Had a hip replacement in March of 2015 and am doing well. I would like to lose 43 pounds to be no longer obese or overweight. I like to cook so I can watch my fat, carbs and calories. I am putting forth my best effort to eat healthy. I had a gastric bypass in Dec.2009. I weighed 309 pounds and in a year went to 156 in December of 2010. I have put on 20 over 2011-2012 as I was back on regular food. The doctor said this is a normal weight gain. I felt better at 156 but the goal weight is 123, which I will never attain. I would like to be 130, this will make me no longer obese or overweight. I am going to try to do this in a year.
