I stopped smoking 2 years ago and since then I have put on at least 70 lbs, last year I started eating healthy and exercising,and lost 40 lbs, I got bored and lost my motivation and gained back 16 lbs, I am hoping that with joining fatsecret and having a group of people just like me that is going through the same thing that I am, will help me get back on track, I know that I can get on the path to lose weight and I am so ready but with everyone on here motivating each other, it feels like I am not alone and it motivates me to do what I need to do. I love the challanges on here because they makes it easier to exercise and eat right because you have to weigh in and I don't want to be a failure. I just put in my head that others can see your progress and thats what motivates me to get up in the mornings and exercise.
