holy crap I have found the most amazing supplement. it's called a caffeine tablet and it's supposed to give you a drive of energy and focus during your workout so you don't slump.
Anyway I took one to test it out before I went for my Saturday road run because I always seem to run out of energy on the up hills and it affects me mentally, well I tell you I had the best run of my life after it kicked in.

then I got home... But I was still super buzzed like I'm talking bouncing off the damn walls buzzed. and then I read the bottle apparently it peaks between 30 and 45 minutes and I was at the 45 minute mark and I was like oh crap, if I don't move I am going to go crazy, so I just jumped on my treadmill for an additional 31 minutes and I was flying normally I stare at the little timer on the treadmill but not this time it was all about the energy expenditure I stared at the wall and went ham.

I'm still a little wired but not as bad as 31 minutes ago.

what amount of Caffeine is in it? plz be careful as all these energy drinks hav an insane amount of caffeine in it. it can affect your heart. not saying it will, but just take care plz.

I’m a long distance runner and I just haven’t had the energy for training (running a marathon in April 🙈). Today I skipped my long training run because I just imagined the 32km ahead of me. I think this supplement will help me. Where did you get it? Cost?

stay away from that stuff. it's a fat burner, it increases your internal body temperature. I've had my fair share of caffeine supplements, with ephedrine, that stuff gives you a buzz, decreases your appetite, and helps you lose weight. but it destroys your liver like no tomorrow. I used them for insane Hiit sessions, then one day during the session, my heart felt like it was about to blow out of my chest. if you need a boost, rather have a cup of black filter coffee, it's safer and still gives you energy.

they are just called caffeine tablets mine is by SA supplements and it cost me R80.

you will see on the bottle it recommends you take one tablet before intensive workouts to help with focus and drive. it also says it can be used as a fat burner if you used it three times a day but I would not do that it's to intensive it terms of the energy it gives you. I would recommend you only take it before you are about to really go for gold in terms of a work out and your energy supply is limited. I found out about them when I was doing supplement research for IF.

How much caffeine per tablet? Mine that I used had 350 mg which was insane

200mg will give you a buzz and will aid in the intensity of your training. 200mg will be similiar to that of pre-work out. It's best to use it maybe 3 times a month, but with that you can't have beverages with caffeine, unless you want to slowly wear away the liver, and it taxes the heart, especially if you one is rather overweight.

Too also add on, caffeine has a half life of after 6 hours. But I will admit when you are in the gym and you are training legs, back, and, and chest in a training session. That stuff is a gift, but headaches afterwards and the feeling of burning up was horrible, as I said previously it increases core temperature.
