Yesterday was Day 7 of Cycle 1 on EFS. Here it is:
Meal #1 (10:00 AM): 6 oz Yogurt, 1 cup strawberries
Meal #2 (12:00 PM):1 Boca burger w/ mustard, 1 cup milk
Snack #1 (1:00 PM): 1/2 protein Bar
EXERCISE (1:30 PM): 50 mins Turbo Jam Cardio Mix 3
Meal #3 (3:20 PM): Small Salad w/ dressing
Meal #4 (5:30 PM): 4 oz. Turkey Breast
Snack #2: (9:10 PM): 1 pickle (9:30 PM): 1/2 cup fat free Vanilla frozen Yogurt
All in all a good day. No cheating today. As soon as I got home from VBS I took sleeping pills and went to sleep. I knew if I stayed up that I would cheat. I still didn't lose a whole lot but tonight is the last night of Vacation Bible School. So, my schedule should be easier after today. :)
