Well, another lb down, still the slow steady pace. House hunting so not eating properly or all the time. Good thing about the Keto adapted body, with the diabetes I don't get lows when I do skip meals. In the past I'd start getting shakes, dizzy and have to eat. I know I should not mess with it, so I saw a post where someone took a new tackle box and filled it with Keto friendly food to take with her/him so they didn't miss meals or eat improperly like I've been doing. :-) I'll be good now! Going to get one and fill it full today! Next trip tomorrow, I saw a house I really love. Hopefully there will be no offer before we get to see it, if the pics are any real representation we found a new house. Wish me luck!!
