What a week it's been so far! The events of the weekend have really screwed me up...
I woke up on Monday thinking it was Sunday. I weighed in on Tuesday when I usually weigh in on Thursday!
I had business guests come in this week and I was thinking they'd be here next week! Talk about impromptu dealings and meals happening! I had people scrambling to make up for my mistake! I'll make it up to them!
It seems that every time I turn around this week, something is just wrong or out of place! However, there have been a few things go right this week!
I've logged in here and I've seen some KILLER losses going on! I've seen some "before pics" that have just blown me away! WOW, we have a few family members that are kicking fats a$$! I also had some folks make me feel good about what I've done, I appreciate that!
I've seen my "project" make some AWESOME progress and get back into keto mode! I've seen my mentor get within a few weeks range of her goal! I cannot begin to express how proud I am of both! Not only for their achievements, but how they are as friends....
I've seen "friends" on here that have been gone a while come back... Yeah, we notice when you're gone for a while, and as a couple of you have recently noticed, we'll send PMs and emails to check on you!
I've come to realize that even though I've never met anyone on here in person, I really look to many of you for guidance, assistance, and support... One of you has kept me on track this week. Not in my eating or in my journey, but in my life... My sanity... I'll admit that I've been a bit off my game....
Tomorrow is Friday, let's all try and celebrate what, and who, we have. Don't take anything for granted, live your life, and appreciate what, and who, you have!
