I don't know if any of my people are still on here, but I'm just checking in. I've lost a few pounds this week, mostly because I've taken to drastic measures.
With the help of a dear inspiration, I am following his diet - which frankly, is not that much, but it's working so far. I'm having liquids for breakfast and lunch and then eating dinner, which puts me in at about half the calories I used to consume. I'm just sick of trying to do things the "safe, right" way, because they haven't worked for me in the past.
I'm also really, really poor, so eating one meal a day as opposed to three should save me a considerable amount of money.
