Yesssssss! Weighed in a 186 this morning. It's a sad testament to my lack of progress that I haven't weighed 186 since September. Still, I'm happy!!

Good workout with weights this morning. But again it was time constrained. I should have kept going for another 20 minutes. The early morning time crunch should improve dramatically after today.
