okay so after over 6 months of not being on south beach... well i miss it... i miss eating healthy and regularly... is that weird? and as i say that i eat a brownie... its got walnuts in it though, that makes it almost healthy... anyways i realized that i miss seeing the numbers on the scale go down... i miss knowing what i am eating is acutally helping my body not hurting it... so here i go back on the south beach wagon...
