As I look over the past year since have a baby the weight loss has been up and down. However, I've really been working hard and I lost about 40 lbs this past year. It's amazing how much better you feel about yourself and those around you. However, my family does not need to lose weight (they didn't have kids) and we have sweets in the house all the time. I look at them and really want them but, I know if I eat one that will be the "death" of me. I will be so done. So here is to willpower and not letting those sweets get to you!
