I have bought a lot of crazy gadgets over the years, but I gotta say I LOVE my air fryer - it is the best invention ever!! Yesterday, I decided I had to have fried chicken thighs (I forgot to take a picture - I know I should have!). They were just regular cheap bone in, skin on thighs. Anyway, rubbed the thighs with butter and sprinkled them with some Bell's poultry seasoning, 40 minutes later it was AMAZING!! Crisp skin, perfectly cooked chicken, house smelled like a roasted it for hours. I made some mashed cauliflower and green beans. My husband didn't even have to be called, he just followed his nose to dinner!! LOL I'll get him to eat Keto more if I keep doing these type meals. He's home today and going to make me some cream cheese cookies, yeah! Gotta love a man that bakes. :-)
