Good workout this morning. I did the elliptical stepper for 45 minutes. No knee pain! I was pretty careful and didn't push too hard.

Except for the Friday night binge I followed the diet fairly well during the weekend. Net gain of one pound, which is discouraging, but not so bad considering the significant Friday night lapse.

85.3 kg 지금까지 감소한: 7.7 kg.    남은양: 1.4 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.
주 1.6 kg 증가하기

good to hear knee isnt bothering you...makes it easier to get a workout in...keep up the motivation and you can drop that pound and mabye part of the next one off soon....
