Hello everyone! losing slowly but steady. i've added nuts and berries to my diet yum! I'm walking 20 min a day I have to get back to an hour of walking. I also bought a pedometer it gives me motivation to walk 10,000 steps. sometimes i reach 10,000 sometimes i don't and sometimes I go way over to 18,000. It's a good little gadget to have and it only cost me 99 cents. You can't beat that. Hope everyone is doing well.
