I've been following the diet strictly for 2 days. For me, proper snacking makes a big difference. I've been having turkey or ham rolled up with lettuce at 10AM and 3PM.

Slept later yesterday and skipped my workout, but had a good workout today. I can still meet my 4 workouts per week goal.

Outstanding job dheimer! I was rolling my own with celery, but that lettuce sounds good.

Great job! Good idea for snack. I tend to have nuts or celery, think I'll try the roll ups. Sounds much more appealing.
