Well here we are again.Still struggling. I had flue this past ten days. So gues wot I lost 4ibs. It is a bit of a cheat I suppose. I am now eating again, and yes an extra 1Ib went on. I have been doing a bit of walking, but not much. I am promising myself to do better nexxt week. I am trying Ryvitas. The new ones with sunflower seeds and grains in.They are quite nice with farmers cheese or a boiled egg. I have discovered Pickled herring fillets. You can have 5 pieces for 110 callories. With 2 ryvitas and 5 grape tomatoes it makes a really good lunch. Very tasty. I now only drink Club soda during the day. The low sodium type.With a slice of lemon or lime it is refreshing. Well Tallyho people. Got to go its Halloween. I suppose I will just have to run the gauntlet of all those candies.My daughter does this in a big way. If I am too ashamed to face any one this week please forgive me, and I double dare promise to do better tomorrow.
