Good Morning! Man I ate practically nothing but C-R-A-P yesterday! Wasn't hungry, but while preparing chicken stock for soup and making cookie dough, I munched on multi-grain chips and dip, then I sampled a couple of homemade peanut butter cookies...of course...then I had no appetite for dinner...and before bed I was hungry and munched on more chips. NOT a day of proper nourishment. But I am over it and calories were not too high...so today will be better choices and better nourishment. Have a great day everyone.
