I just wanted to pat myself on the back for saying no to the birthday cake that was offered to me yesterday! I said no because I don't want to put foods in my body that are not good for my body. My body does not recognize that stuff as food, it recognizes it as a foreign substance and doesn't know what to do with it. I work too hard everyday to give up to that kind of temptation. Eating stuff like that will not get me to the body that I want to achieve! Keep it up!
