Well the holidays are over and I did not do so well. I just threw out all the cookies and put all the candy away. It's really tough when everyone else in the house is not on a diet. My husband can eat anything and not worry about weight gain. But, then I tell him he did not have 4 kids over 8 1/2 lbs. Well I am back on track with the diet and just need to get more time to exercise. Or exercise before 10 at night. With 4 kids, school, and work it is tough to fit time in. But, my goal is to exercise before I go to work. Can't wait until is is warmer and I can get outside.

It doesn't matter how you did over the holidays! The past is the past just focus on the here and now. Luckily my hubby needs to lose weight so he is very supportative. But I have 2 kids at home and understand about trying to feed a family and feed yourself differently. My daughter is 7 and slightly overweight as well, so I try not to focus on our weight. I don't want her be focused on weight at that age. Instead I am trying and focus on "is that a healthy choice for our bodies." You are not alone with trying to fit in exercise. I know my exercise journal says I rested for what like 9 hours, I laughed cause I can't even think of time I sat down (other than work) until 930 at night. Good luck on getting your exercise done in the morning! You can do it.
