Hello to all! Today is my first day of journaling and last day of Phase 1. I did not check weight right before starting, so my last record was on April 15th – 255lb, and the next one (a week into SB) – 252.5lb, today I’m 247.5 Been exercising all 5 working days both weeks with exception for this Wednesday, when I had fever. Went out only once, celebrate Mother’s day – to Korean BBQ (generally low GI food). NO processed food at all, tried to eat store bought smoked turkey breast (the fanciest one I found in store) and it tasted like salty rubber compare to the one I we smoke at home. So on the next day we smoked a 10lb batch of turkey breast. All natural ingredients and marvelous taste.
Glad I read on the forum that one should go gradually from phase 1 to phase 2. Otherwise I was planning a feast tomorrow. So will start from one fruit a week… to slow for my hyper personality…
Yesterday after workout I spend good half an hour in sauna. What a great experience! I felt like my skin is breathing and my pores are opening up. I divided 30 min is three 10-minut set with cold shower in between.
