I am doing well, but I hope I will not give up. Third week withut cigarettes and coffee. Working ut every day. Eating as healthy as I can. Keeping calories under 1300 daily...

You should be proud 3 weeks without Ciggs is a big deal! I am a smoker and have tried many time to quit, Who knows this life changing journey I am on may lead me there. Good luck and stay strong. Dee

Thank you. Yes, I am really proud. I´ve been smoking since I was 14. I managed to quit for 8 years in 2007. Now I´ve been smoking again for one year, but I realized that it gave me more stress than I could manage. That and the 100 kg I carry around...

Wooohooo!!! 3 weeks is awesome! I know it isn't easy, but so proud of you and you should be doing a happy dance for how proud you should be of yourself!! :)

Good Job!!! I'm 9 days Pepsi (soda/sugar drinks) free. I've never been a smoker, but I know a few people that have quit. It is very hard!

It has been decades since I quit and am so glad I did. Would not want to be in health crisis (or moving there) like others I know who have been smoking long term. Happy for you for making good choice. Take care.

I gave up coffee in April. After 4 weeks it became easy. Never was a smoker, but I can imagine the difficulty.
