I'm back!
One of my best friends was in town visiting this weekend, and needless to say, I went a bit mad with food and alcohol. We all did, and it was fun and happy. Now it's time for me to be serious again, because I haven't checked, but I'm pretty sure I gained some weight back. No way I could have avoided it, and you know? Every once in a while, especially when I never get to see this person, that's fine.
Just means I'm going back to the gym. I think I'm going to aim for working up to running 85 minutes a day. One of you might understand the significance of this. ;)
