I don't know what it is, but I went down three pounds versus yesterday. Don't know if it's the exercising (Wii-Fit Plus is AWESOME) or eating fewer calories (anything under 1200 and you lose muscle mass, not fat, so I'm trying to stay between 1200-1500 calories) but it's working so far!

This revelation put me in a fantastic mood this morning and I'm feeling more confident. Amazing, isn't it? And right in time to meet Tyson Ritter tomorrow, no less. :D I am making a promise to myself not to swoon or say something really lame when I meet him. A hug, I'm sure, will not be out of the question. Maybe that will be my official Fatsecret picture. ;)
