Yesterday I posted that i will become more aware, accountable and have acceptance in my food and movement choices. My buddy HCB suggested I make Awareness, Accountability and Acceptance my words to live by...I want to add Attitude! After reading Sugarwaffles journal today, I realize attitude is everything!
