One day of not working out, two meals when I ate incorrectly and I'm up to 199. Jeez.
Next week is going to be a problem. I usually eat a decent breakfast, big salad at lunch, and try to eat really light at dinner. Here's the problem schedule.
Monday night -- business dinner Tuesday night -- bookclub dinner Wednesday night -- business dinner Thursday night -- wedding anniversary, probably dinner
If any of you have any good ideas about how to stay on diet when eating dinner out with others, I'd love to hear them.
