Very bad week have to stay make better choices at Steak and Shake and at Longhorn Steakhouse. The food was wonderful at Longhorn, but not good for anyone trying to loss weight. My exercising also went to the wayside. Never again!!!!

You seem like a very nice person, and I think you want to make better choices. But that's going to be very hard to do at places like Subway and Steak and Shake. Maybe a good place to start would be to eliminate all the snack foods from your diet -- cookies and chips -- and replace them with baby carrots, grape tomatoes, grapefruit sections, etc. I know I can't lose weight if I have too many snack foods.

From an earlier comment you made on my post, I am thinking all of diary entries are from your trip. In any case, time to let it go and move on. You can do this DMZur!! Don't give up!!

Thanks Hermione's Mom we do go to Subway a lot and I'll try to change my snacking habits. The grape tomatoes and grapefruit sections should work well with my missing teeth.

It's a long hard road, DMZur. Believe me. I know. I started just where you started, and look how long it's taken me to get down to 165! But if you take one day at a time and gradually change your eating habits you will lose all the weight you want. I'm sure of it. Good luck.
