Hey Alan. I just had one of the best recipe meals from the Slim Fast menu plan, It is Chimichurri grilled chicken and vegetable salad. It tastes great , is low calorie and really fills you up. I had it with Oven Polenta (Also from the SF menu plan)The only thing I did this time was when broiling the vegetables keep turning them until they start to get a little black all over,that really brings the flavor out. Both together are only 430 calories. Hope you enjoy is as much as i did, PS I don't like green bell peppers so I subed them for orange and yellow.
