TO WEIGH OR NOT TO WEIGH...IN.
PART ONE. 9:00pm entry:
weighed today when I got up about 4pm...small river/lake...scale...170
drank a lemon water 16.9oz and 16.9oz of BPC no butter just coconut oil.
scale...172ish. still fasting...scaled@ 6pm 171, hit the gym, drank 16.9 oz lemon water through out workout: chest back triceps day with HIIT, skipped swim. came home scaled...171. going to finally eat. started with 16.9 oz lemon water,16.9 oz combo AABC/whey shake... no weigh in til I'm done eating, going to try to eat my 2160 calorie intake,TRY being the key word. I'm In fear of losing my muscle if I don't ,I have not been hitting my marks at all, way under always under. But, I lift more and more every trip to the gym And I'm seeing the results like crazy! More on this later...
PART TWO.
Made it to 1739 of 2160. STUFFFED! Ok scale time...177...#1&2..175.
Muscles are harder stronger and showing more and more each day...
going to bed ,see where I wake up at.
