OK,I LOST A POUND TODAY! Not to happy about that as I'm trying to gain muscle and we all know or should know that muscle out weighs fat! I will take it, and to spare you the details of what realm I'm sure it dissipated to. LOL OK,not on a diet, Diets don't work,IMO. So if they work for you cool, keep on keeping on! I will spare anyone the details of my diet beliefs in future entries...
LOG: Lost a pound today! Ate: nothing Drank: Hellabuncho' water and ginseng/lemon/pepper water. Work out: Did 10 very slow wide and closed deep extended range push/pull ups a total of 4 times over a 120 second time span every 3 hrs.
