Saw my trainer last night. Another client and her boyfriend wanted to train along with me at my session (we all save money that way) and I was happy with that. I work harder with more people around me.
I always BS with my trainer. I jokingly told him I wanted to curl 45lbs. He said I could probably curl the 45lb barbell. I Picked it up and did 15 curls. He made me stop so I wouldn't "pop" a bicep LOL. I was at the end of my workout doing this and was already tired. He actually said he was pretty impressed I could do that... Huh. I want to curl 60lbs now LOL. I always feel I can go harder, faster, stronger. I swear lifting can be addicting. More than food.
Not to mention I finished each workout he made me do before the other girl in my session. This goes to show how much stronger I have gotten since working out with him. Not I need to see more fat loss because strength is not an issue. hehe!
