ran 3.5 miles

Breakfast:
veggie omlet
2 slices grilled ham
Snack:
pear
Lunch:
1 whole wheat tortilla
2 tbsp PB
1 tbsp sugar free jelly
1 cup skim milk
Snack:
1/2 cup sugar free fat free vanilla pudding(yummy!)
Dinner:
Salmon
mixed veggies
1 tbsp ceasar dressing

i am so tired today. tomorrow is my day off! i am so happy! we are going to the pool all day long and i am going to do nothing. i really like seeing everyones comments when i get here in the morning. it makes me happy. all of you guys motivate me and i hope that i can be helpful to yall too. i am sad b/c i ran out of tortillas today. no more PB&J's for me. you have to go get the Sugar Free Fat Free vanilla pudding mix from the store and make it. IT IS SO GOOD! it taste just like icing. i hope everyone has a great weekend!
