So yesterday we held a family cookout. I was up working so much, making sure everyone was taken care of that I didn't really have time to eat or worry about all the food there. I did set aside time for a small plate consisting of potato salad, baked beans, crab salad, 2 pieces of chicken from the grill, and a scoop of rice. The was for the whole day. I had a great time and had it all under control. I drank water all day. My family is know for drinks and the dreaded shot time, so I had 2 shots and called it a day when they kept going.
The only thing that kinda got to me was a lot of backward compliments on losing weight. I got a lot of "Oh you look great, but don't lose anymore". "How much are you going to lose, you're going to look like a crack head". That one just had me laughing it off and getting up to clean up any garbage and look around for something to do. It was a strange feeling to feel awkward because I lost weight. #confused #justalittletickedoff
On another note, I almost reached my goal!!!!!!!!
