6 days ago, I weighed 138.6. Well, I knew TOM was coming this week and I stupidy weighed on Wed. Didn't like what I saw but knew it was due to TOM's visit. It took til last night, around 11:30, for TOM to finally show up so I'm hoping my numbers go down. If they're still up tomorrow, I'm not going to count it as I know what it's from. I've had good deficits all week and worked out Mon, Tues, and Thurs. Gonna try to get a workout in today.

I am in the same boat. I want to get into the 130's but I keep fluctuating in the lower 140's. I just gotta keep on keeping on. My TOM really messes the scale up too. Hang in there :)

I know the scale fluctuates because our weight does and I know that if I have a "gain" on the scale during my TOM, then I know it's not fat! That's what makes me feel better lol. It did go down just a bit to 138.2 yesterday but TOM isn't gone yet and I'm hoping to see 137 something by the end of this week. I'm giving myself til mid Oct. to hit 135 because I know those last 5lbs tend to hang on for dear life! It's just frustrating being a woman because we spend 2-3 weeks out of every month working hard to lose weight and then the other 1-2 weeks of the month, we "gain" due to ovulation and our period. :-( I don't really gain during ovulation but that's when I'm the most hungry. I just have to fight through it. But I do get really bloated 2-3 days BEFORE my period and keep the bloat til it's gone.
