Happy Labor Day! I was so incredibly nappy today after the gym! I finally lost enough weight that I dropped down a Points level - yay! It's only 2 less points a day so I don't think it will be a huge adjustment but it's a reminder that I need to plan carefully.
I decided today to measure myself - waist, bust, hips, thighs, arms - so that when the scale starts getting stuck I can still see a difference. It's important to me to stay motivated. Funny for the weekend was that I had dinner with my folks last night and my dad, who has always been on me about my weight, said "Look how narrow you're getting...by the time Joe gets home from China you'll have disappeared!" If he only knew what I actually weigh! No chance of that happening. But it was nice to hear just the same.
