Feeling a little guilty. I haven't exercised in 4 days. Family vacation, long hours in the car, and just plain laziness were the culprits. I exercised one day, but then we were always on the go. Back to work tomorrow and back to a routine of doing my exercise as soon and I get in the door!

It's hard to keep it all going in situations like that. As far as losing weight is concerned, it's what you eat that makes the biggest difference.

Thanks Heidij123! I'm guess I'm going to see how it goes in 2 weeks since we will be away again this time on a cruise the worse place to be since they seem like they're throwing food at you.
