Pretty good day today despite the fact that it's blistering hot. Didn't have the time to do an hour of cardio and lift today so I worked harder for the 45 mins I was there. I think I'm going to have to start getting into the gym earlier in the morning to accomodate the increase in endurance.

Eating is back on track - had some skipped meals over the weekend. Working toward another good week.

Yeah today was too hot. Do what you have to do workout wise but take it easy and stay hydrated. That's how I'd played it and good to see yoy had a good weekend.

Yep, getting the cardio in during the mornings is definitely way better than dealing w/the heat. It was hot here today as well when I did my run around noon today. Woulda been better if had I did it this morning.
