I've dropped 4 kg and down to 61. My daughter is getting married in 25 days and i need to drop another 5kg - the wedding is in Rhodes in Greece, so lots of beach and non cover up clothes.
25 days for 4 - 5 kg weight loss I'm afraid.
Gym 4 times a week and swimming the other 3.
One lov carb meal a day with low carb soup in-between if i feel hungry.

Good on you for setting your goals. But to lose 5kg in 25 days you would have to lose 0.2kg a day, or 200g. To do that you would have to burn off about an extra 1800kcal a day, which might be a little tricky. By all means aim to lose 5kg, but I think 2-3kg is more achievable and healthy. Of course you might drop a kilo in water weight so it might end up being 5kg in the end anyway.

from your profile pic i'de say "wow you already look slim and gorgeous" but i know what its like when you just wanna shift that last bit off. thats 11lbs in 25 days phew! check out Zoe Harcombes website she does a 30 day plan where you can lose about 10lbs. (its low carb, real food) good luck x

I know that in reality I'm looking at a couple of kilos maximum - i just entered my previous weight as a goal. probably look at achieving that over the year! Thanks for the tips!
