Woo-hoo. Got through the business trip and managed to lose weight! I'm feeling very pleased. Here's what I think helped:
* I took a salad rather than eating airport food * I ate only a very few appetizers at our client dinner and only those that were low in carbs. * I found time to run * Drank lots of water * Didn't eat much
