Did pretty well on my goal to eat properly. I made dinner fairly late and iI ate more of it than I planned, but it was a healthy meal. A big bonus was that we ate with the whole family, and our son's girlfriend was able to eat with us too, so it was a good event. Decent exercise -- run/walk with the dog, lots of other walking, a total of 13K steps.
Goals for today: Eat properly. Good exercise. Record all food and exercise. Stay positive!
