It's been forever blah, blah, blah. I have all of the excuses (you know them so I won't share) but I am once again ready to start. The doctor has restricted me to the pool as I am having breathing problems. Anyone know how many calories are burned walking in water? I was on weight watchers for 2 months and gained 7 pounds. I think you are supposed to do a little more than attend the meetings.

So now I'm back with the most supportive people there are (I've really missed you guys) and ready to give it a solid try.

Great attitude! Sorry I can't help you with the calories burned while walking in water, but maybe if you Google it you might be able to find out. Glad you're back and rarin' to go!!! :)
