Went over points today, but I got to the gym and ran my booty off!!! I ended up doing 7.2 miles at a 2-5% incline in 70 minutes! Woohooo!! I am so proud of how quickly I've gotten myself back in to running shape. A few months ago, I was a total couch potato eatting crap and getting winded after going up a flight of stairs. I feel awesome regardless of what the scale says!
