Okkk so here we are again....weekend comes and I totally let the reins go:(

Thursday night my client dinner I ate soo much because everyone else was like try this try that and I didn't want to make everyone uncomfortable by nibbling on salad, so I ate and drank way over my points.

Friday was a lot better and I got to the gym and ran my 6.5 miles then did weights. I felt like a rockstar. I did have one too many drinks when I went out and same thing happened Saturday.

I'm newly single, embracing life and when a guy just keeps buying me drink after drink, it's rude to refuse right? Especially if he's really cute and keeps telling me how gorgeous I am? Oh boyyy...

Then today I said I wasn't going to go out to save myself the alcohol calories, buttt I ate crap. What the helll!?

I work so dang hard during the week and then the weekends I let it all go and undo my good work. BOO!

The place that I'm at right now, I'm not really wanting to change my lifestyle and not go out and drink and be social and meet guys, so I have to figure out some way to balance it all.

On a positive, yesterday when my friends were getting late night pizza and crap food, I got a diet coke while my stomach was rumbling and then got a healthy egg white sandwich this morning when they got bacon egg and cheese. Atleast that's something I wouldn't do in the past...

Well tommmorrow is another day.
