2 years of pandemic wfh. A baby boy. A new job. Moved continents. Moved houses. Lost a family member. Supported a partner with mental health issues. Worked through PTSD. Constantly juggling ADHD and anxiety. Dipping into depression. My body took shots. I have to prioritize taking care of me.
