I'm Back. Had to walk away for a week. Stuck in the same place and I really got aggrivated. I felt I needed to step off and start over another day. Will start recording my food and exercise again tomorrow. Today was my first day back at the gym and it felt great. trying not to expect too much. a pound a week would be great. mini goal...hit 145lbs
