She-ri-ta how did you make the green omelette.. did tou just mix some cooked spinach that has been blended to liquid with your egg mix?? It looks so yummy...

I just used raw spinach and two eggs, blended using a stick blender ☺️ Spray & cook the pan nicely or else you’ll need to have scrambled green eggs 😆 happened to me 😂
